Division operates under the label NOVA VITA
as a registered trademark, which was originally founded in 1979.
The group plans to integrate a devision of legal services with lawyers and public accountants. The group will publish the stages to this target, which is planned to be realized in 1999.
The TelecomunicationS PARTNERSHIP
This company was established 1997 and started activity in Europe the same year. Since the end of 1997 the American Group Inc. has been one of the leading operators in Spain with a target market of business and foreign expatriate residents. The business was sold to American Group Telecomunicaciones S.L. for to increase the market share in Spain. Co-operation with one of the world's leading long distance carriers, Primus Connections Inc., has greatly boosted the growth of this Division.

2002 the
business of develop-ment and construction was estab-lished
and work began on projects in Spain, Serbia and Montengro, in
various stages of development.

2007, the
business was sold to Deutsche Systembau S.L. and continued as
partnership. This company reached an agreement with one of the leading German
housebuilders, Weberhaus.
This co-operation opened the door for a product new to the Spanish
Market of prefabricated Villas and Manors with individual
architecture. This means a
high-tech product with superior quality.

In 2008 the
company Blue Star Mining DDO with the business target
of mining and
mineral resources was established in Belgrade (Serbia)
and a partnership was established.
Work
began on several projects
in various stages of development
under the
company name of Blue Star Mining DDO.
The develop-ment and construction
company
will soon also commence
operations in 2008 in Serbia and is at present actively considering
develop-ments such as Shopping Malls and Business Centres.
One of the main projects is the planning of a cement plant with an
expected investment of 125 Million Euros in Serbia. The company already owns the claim for the extraction of raw
materials and has obtained all geological certifications and state
licenses.
